Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire requires an Assistant Concierge with previous experience in 4*5 star hotels. The role would be a good step up for an Assistant Lobby Attendant with experience of hotel porterage. High levels of guest interaction skills and an understanding of the requirements of 5 star standards is necessary. You will be setting an example to the concierge team, so immaculate presentation is required as well as good customer facing skills, attentiveness and attention to detail.
